Older men are best served by honest conversations about what modern pharmacology can and cannot restore, combined with appropriate medical oversight.

Across all age groups, access to well-manufactured, appropriately dosed generic tadalafil represents a meaningful advance in the practical management of this condition. Understanding where one falls in this age-differentiated landscape is not cause for resignation—it is the foundation of a treatment approach that is genuinely calibrated to the individual rather than applied as a one-size-fits-all solution.
